Covid 19 Update on Procedures

Keeping you safe at Ravenscroft

We are happy to be open with limited capacity and hosting guests again.

Here are the new procedures and practices we are doing to ensure the safety of guests, staff and ourselves:

More extensive cleaning in guest rooms (we spend between 2.5 -3 hours each room), sanitizing of hard surfaces and steam sanitizing soft furnishings.  Sanitizing of common room high touch areas.

Hand sanitizer available at many common areas and check in.

Self – check in for all reservations, please arrive no earlier than 3pm to ensure staff can complete appropriate cleaning in guest rooms and common areas.

For your safety and ours we are not entering your room during your stay.  Should you need fresh towels, dishes, and more coffee just contact us and we can leave items outside your door.

As of December 1st 2020 our dining area is closed to guests. European Breakfast Platters to share are available for delivery to your room.  Please sign up on arrival at the Inn.  This will be updated as determined by the CDC/Health department.

Our communal guest kitchen/fridge and microwave are unfortunately closed to guests at this time.  Bags of ice for drinks, and ice buckets are available to chill your beverages on request.

We have selected snacks for you to enjoy and are offering bottled water in each guest room.

Masks are required in all areas of the Inn except your room.
