Covid 19 Update on Procedures

Keeping you safe at Ravenscroft

We are happy to be open with limited capacity and hosting guests again.

Here are the new procedures and practices we are doing to ensure the safety of guests, staff and ourselves:

More extensive cleaning in guest rooms (we spend between 2.5 -3 hours each room), sanitizing of hard surfaces, switches and handles.  Sanitizing of common room high touch areas.

Hand sanitizer available at many common areas and check in.

Self – check in for all reservations, please arrive no earlier than 3pm to ensure staff can complete appropriate cleaning in guest rooms and common areas.

For your safety and ours we are not entering your room during your stay.  Should you need fresh towels, dishes, and more coffee just contact us and we can leave items outside your door.

Our guest dining room is now open and we are happy to offer guests a hot breakfast option – which changes daily. European Breakfast Platters to share are still available should you prefer room service.  Please sign up on arrival at the Inn.    

Our communal guest kitchen/fridge and microwave are unfortunately closed to guests at this time.  Bags of ice for drinks, and ice buckets are available to chill your beverages on request.

We have selected snacks for you to enjoy and are offering bottled water in each guest room.

Masks are still required in all areas of the Inn except your room – or while eating breakfast in the dining room.
