Enjoying breakfast at Ravenscroft Inn is a special event not to be missed. We start each day with a seasonal fresh fruit plate, yogurt and our house made granola. Second course offering may include the following rotating menu items: Roasted garden vegetable frittata with rosemary potatoes and Italian chicken sausage; delicious soft and buttery Brioche French Toast served with mixed berries, maple syrup and a side of applewood smoked bacon; PNW Avocado Toast, topped with smoked salmon, local goat cheese and freshly snipped chives from the garden; Croque Madame grilled sandwich with Dijon served with a roasted tomato salad… just to name a few. Pauline is happy to prepare vegan, gluten sensitive, vegetarian and keto offerings by advance request.

Need an earlier start, but don’t want to miss out on breakfast? Pauline can prepare a grab-and-go breakfast with yogurt, fresh fruit and a morning pastry. Served with freshly brewed coffee in your flask or to-go cups.
